Nestled in an unassuming little Indiana town is one of the state’s finest dining establishments. Joseph Decuis actually grew out of a corporate dining room, which owner Pete Eshelman had provided for the clients of his successful insurance business. Recognizing that they had the makings of a world-class destination restaurant, the Eshelmans opened up their culinary hideaway to the public. To provide the freshest ingredients possible, the Eshelmans started their own farm, where they grow herbs and vegetables, and raise chickens, Mangalitza pigs and Wagyu cattle. Through our work with Joseph Decuis, America's Wagyu Trail was concepted and born.
