Dear Midwest,
You have given us so much.
For 20 years, you have given us a place to build, create, grow, and call home, but more than that, you’ve allowed us to bring heart to great work.
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of doing incredible work alongside the brands, businesses, and organizations that call this place home. We’ve watched them dream bigger, take risks, and change the game with creative ideas and execution that stand alongside anything happening in the biggest cities in the country.
We chose to build Britton here.
We could have chased the bright lights and fast pace of coastal cities, but we wanted something different. We wanted to establish a company rooted in heart, authenticity, curiosity, and kindness. Most of all, we wanted to do our work somewhere those values weren’t just words on a page but part of the culture around us.
Here, a conversation doesn’t always need an agenda, a favor doesn’t always need a return, and a relationship doesn’t have to begin with, “What can you do for me?” There is a genuine willingness to help, to check in, to make an introduction, to open a door, or simply to show up because it’s the right thing to do.
That spirit has shaped the kind of place we wanted to develop and the kind of work we want to put into the world.
Being rooted here has also shaped how we approach our work. We don’t just study the audiences our clients want to reach; we live among them. We shop where they shop, raise our families here, spend our weekends here, support local businesses, experience the seasons, celebrate the wins, and understand the everyday moments that make this community what it is.
We aren’t looking at the audience from the outside. We’re part of it, and that perspective is something you can’t manufacture.
