Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Research:
- Conduct market research to identify prospects and industry trends.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other innovative methods.
- Manage and optimize inbound and outbound leads to ensure an effective sales pipeline.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture client relationships through consultative sales approaches.
- Actively engage with decision-makers to understand their marketing needs.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Oversee inbound leads through the entire sales cycle, from discovery to onboarding.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to client goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Collaborative Strategy Development:
- Partner with internal teams to craft and deliver compelling proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns aligned with sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with Britton’s management team and business development teams within the BrandStar Ecosystem to identify and develop opportunities.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records in CRM systems.
- Provide timely reports on activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and revenue performance.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to position Britton Marketing as a leader in marketing innovation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of proven success in business sales, preferably in marketing agency services.
- Experience in consultative sales approaches, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and project budgeting.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional communication abilities, comfortable engaging with C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a consultative mindset.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
