Open position at Britton Marketing & Design Group

Part-Time Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

At Britton, the Sr. Graphic Designer brings our sales and marketing materials to life and occasionally will support client work too. This part-time role is built for a designer who is equally comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, and who can move fluidly between polished presentation decks, print collateral, digital assets, and social graphics, and is an expert working with TikTok and Meta.

You will work closely with our marketing and business development team to design materials that represent Britton Marketing in front of prospective clients: proposals, case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers and beyond. When bandwidth allows, you will also step in to support billable client projects alongside our creative team. You must take creative direction well, ask thoughtful questions and bring a collaborative spirit to everything you touch.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone with 2 to 3 years of professional design experience who is ready to contribute meaningfully from day one in a close-knit, values-driven agency. This is a hybrid position, located in Fort Wayne, IN.
